When players obtain weapons, items, and potions they are held in the player's inventory. When you start out, your character will have an inventory space of 10. When your player gets skill points, your player can extend their inventory by how much it can hold. Each skill point put towards their inventory will increase the carry amount by ten. This skill is maxed out once you reach 110 item slots (ten skill points toward inventory). After that, you might want to invest in a place for extra storage.
stackable items do not add to the item limit. a stack of ten potions counts as one item since it takes up only one slot. stackable items will overflow into more slots if the maximum stack number (99) is reached.

there are many different ways to get more storage space. most of these will not allow you to access the items stored without going to wherever the storage is. others will follow with you, and you can access that smaller storage system as long as it is with you.
- mount backpacks: most mounts can be equipped with saddles, armor, and even bags. there are three sizes of bags: small (holds up to 30 items; costs 200 Yrd), medium (holds up to 50 items; costs 400 yrd), and large (holds up to 80 items; costs 600 yrd). backpacks for your mounts can be bought from cait sith tamed beast vendors.
- chests: varying in sizes, these can be bought and added to your in-game home. they can only be accessed while you are at your in-game home. they come in small (holds up to 50 items; costs 300 yrd), medium (holds up to 100 items; costs 600 yrd), and large (holds up to 200 items; costs 1000 yrd).
- banks: banks will hold your money and add slight interest throughout gameplay. they can even store up to 300 items; however, you must be in your race's capitol city in order to withdraw anything.
- guild vaults: these expand as you upgrade your guild's base. yes, that means you need a guild base in order to obtain a guild vault. these vaults hold both money and items. small vaults hold up to 100 items, medium vaults hold up to 300 items, and large vaults hold up to 600 items. only the guild leader can take money from the vault; however, appointed guild members can take items from the vault and distribute them to other members.
